ASSIGNMENT OF ERRORS — Rules of Supreme Court — Failure to Comply — Effect. — Where an assignment of errors does not comply with Supreme Court Rule 2-6, the appeal will be dismissed.

Affirmed. By the Court in Banc.

The court having examined the assignment of errors attached to the transcript in the above matter, finds that the same does not comply with Rule 2-6, Rules of the Supreme Court of Indiana, 1967 Revision, and said appeal is, therefore, dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
