In the MATTER OF Robert Arthur PLAGMANN, an Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 010612006)

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 18-364, concluding that as a matter of reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-14(a)(4)(E), Robert Arthur Plagmann of Dolphin, Virginia, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2006, should be reprimanded based on discipline imposed by the United States Department of the Navy for unethical conduct that in New Jersey constitutes a violation of RPC 8.4(c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation);

And the Court having determined from its review of the matter that the discipline imposed by the Department of the Navy is adequate to address respondent's conduct and that no additional discipline need be imposed;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the motion for reciprocal discipline filed in District Docket No. XIV-2018-0333E against Robert Arthur Plagmann is hereby dismissed.
