ORDER

AMANDA L. REICHEK JUSTICE

Based on the Court's memorandum opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relator's petition for writ of mandamus. The Court ORDERS the trial court to vacate its December 30, 2022 temporary restraining order. We further ORDER the trial court to file with this Court within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this Order, a certified copy of its order issued in compliance with this Order. The stay issued by the Court in our January 31, 2023 Order in No. 05-23-00048-CV otherwise remains in effect.

A writ will issue only if the trial court fails to comply with this Order.
