IN RE COMMITMENT OF GREGG BERNARD PENDLETON

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CV21-70010

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The corrected clerk's record in this case has not been filed. By order dated August 28, 2023, we struck the clerk's record filed on August 23, 2023 because it did not comply with the format requirements set out by the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. We ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file, no later than September 5, 2023, a corrected clerk's record with the documents arranged in ascending chronological order by date of filing or occurrence. To date, the Dallas County District Clerk has failed to comply with the Court's order.

So that this appeal can proceed, we again ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felica Pitre to file a corrected clerk's record within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Felicia Pitre and all parties.
