ORDER DISMISSING CASE

On August 5, 2008, attorney Kenneth W. Demers filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13 on behalf of Debtor, which is a corporation. This case must be dismissed because a corporation or other entity may not be a debtor under Chapter 13, because it is not "an individual." See 11 U.S.C. § 109(e) ("Only an individual with regular income . . . may be a debtor under chapter 13 of this title."). "Individual" means "a single human being," or "natural person," not a corporation or other entity. See, e.g., In re JAC Family Foundation, 356 B.R. 554, 556-57 (Bankr. N.D. Ga. 2006).

For this reason,

IT IS ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
