Before the Court is relator Tracy Nixon's September 26, 2016 motion to dismiss this original proceeding in which he sought a writ of habeas corpus. The Court GRANTS the motion and DISMISSES this proceeding. The Court further DENIES AS MOOT relator's August 23, 2016 petition for writ of habeas corpus, relator's September 1, 2016 first amended petition for writ of habeas corpus, and relator's September 12, 2016 motion to recuse.
