In the Matter of Harvey K. Newkirk, an attorney and counselor-at-law


(admitted as Harvey Kenyatta Newkirk) Respondent suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York, nunc pro tunc to July 5, 2016, until such time as disciplinary matters pending before the Committee have been concluded and until further order of this Court, as indicated. The order of this Court entered on July 5, 2016 (M-221) is hereby recalled and vacated. All concur. Order filed.
