HEARING NOTICE WITH RESPECT TO MOTION TO DETERMINE DEBTOR'S GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TAX LIABILITY PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 505


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 25, 2005, National Service Direct, Inc. ("NSDI") filed its "Motion to Determine Debtor's Georgia Department of Revenue Tax Liability Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 505" (the "Tax Motion").

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Tax Motion was served on the Respondent and is also available on file with the Court and may be reviewed during normal business hours at the Office of the Clerk of the Court at Room 1340, Richard B. Russell Federal Building, 75 Spring Street, Atlanta, GA 30303 or online at http://ecf.ganb.uscourts.gov (registered users) or at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov (unregistered users).
