MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Boyd B. Moore, filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining that Judge Halbach erred by compelling him to produce his "individual tax returns for the years 1999-2003 as filed with the Internal Revenue Service."

The Honorable Joseph James Halbach, Jr., judge of the 333rd District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Boyd B. Moore v. Nicholas N. Wentworth; Creekside Investment Management, Inc.; and Eugene C. Hammons, No. 2003-59483.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
