We REINSTATE this appeal, which we previously abated on April 10, 2023.
We ORDER that appellant's brief received on April 11, 2023, is filed as of the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 2 (authorizing Texas appellate courts to suspend the operation of the Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure and order a different procedure in most instances).
We also VACATE our order entered April 10, 2023, which required the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why appellant's brief had not been filed and to take certain other actions.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order by electronic transmission to Judge Lindsey Wynne and all counsel of record.
