MASTERS (JARVIS J.) ON H.C.

Opinion filed: Order to show cause discharged

Based on our acceptance of most of the referee's findings, we hereby discharge the order to show cause because Masters has not met the applicable standards for relief under any claim raised in his habeas corpus petition and referenced in our order to show cause.

Because our order to show cause and reference order were limited to these questions and claims, we do not address any other claim raised in the petition for writ of habeas corpus. The remaining claims will be resolved by a separately filed order. (See Cowan, supra, 5 Cal.5th at pp. 248-249) Majority Opinion by Liu, J.
