DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay pending appeal of orders of Family Court, Ulster County, entered January 2, 2020, and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a stay is granted, without costs, to the extent that so much of the orders that vacated the temporary orders of protection, Order No. 2019-000932 and Order No. 2019-000936 of Family Court, Ulster County, dated August 16, 2019 are stayed, without prejudice to a motion to vacate the stay in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before March 16, 2020, and it is further

ORDERED that the temporary orders of protection, Order No. 2019-000932 and Order No. 2019-000936 of Family Court, Ulster County, dated August 16, 2019 are hereby reinstated and shall continue in full force and effect pending determination of the appeal or until further order of this Court.
