ORDER

Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for guidance is DENIED without prejudice to attorney Melissa B. Kelleigh (P82660) re-filing the motion if she is unable to contact respondent LAH after undertaking additional efforts to locate her. Within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, attorney Kelleigh must take active measures to locate and communicate with LAH, including but not limited to searching on the internet for contact information, investigating whether 260 Perry Street in Barryton, MI 49305 is a current address for LAH or for someone who may have contact information for LAH, and contacting petitioner to determine whether she has any contact information for LAH. If attorney Kelleigh re-files the motion for guidance, she must detail the additional efforts taken to locate and correspond with LAH.
