Opinion

No. 05-06-00202-CV

Opinion issued March 6, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 59th Judicial District, Grayson County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-0581.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion in various orders involving discovery matters. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
