MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
On June 14, 2022-43 days before the scheduled trial in the underlying case- Kidwell & Company, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging eleven separate trial court orders issued between October 7, 2021 to May 5, 2022. We deny the petition.
The underlying case is Kidwell & Company, Inc. v. Bryan Kelly, Chad Schneider, and Hodos Wealth Group LLC, cause number 2021-04668, pending in the 215th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Elaine Palmer presiding.
