Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that an appeal from the order would be moot (see Matter of Azaria A. [Desire E.], 140 A.D.3d 1634, 1635 [4th Dept 2016]).
