Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Shelley J. Sandusky's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is now anticipated to be filed by December 20, 2024, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to November 4, 2024. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 46 additional days is contemplated.
