Motion, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal of order of Family Court, Albany County, dated November 20, 2014, denied, without costs. The appeal is set down for the February 2015 term of this Court. Appellant shall file and serve the record on appeal and brief on or before December 22, 2014. The responding brief(s) and the brief of the Attorney for the Child shall be filed and served on or before January 21, 2015 and the reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 30, 2015.
