ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's May 31, 2018 motion for leave to file sur-reply brief and appellant's response in opposition and, alternative motion for leave to file a response to the sur-reply brief. We GRANT appellee's motion. We ORDER the sur-reply brief tendered to this Court by appellee on May 25, 2018 filed as of the date of this order.
We GRANT appellant's alternative motion to file a response. Appellant shall file any response to the sur-reply brief WITHIN TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. After appellant's responsive brief is filed, no further briefing will be allowed.
