IN RE HARLEY CHANNELVIEW PROPERTIES, LLC, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Countiss and Farris.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Relator, Harley Channelview Properties, LLC, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking relief from the trial court's order granting specific performance on a partial motion for summary judgment.

The underlying case is Harley Marine Gulf, LLC v. Harley Channelview Properties, LLC, cause number 2020-67063, pending in the 80th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Jeralynn Manor presiding.

Because relator has an adequate remedy by appeal, we deny the mandamus petition. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). 1
