DECISION

Appellants Chinayia and Saroj L. Gounder appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court overruling their objection to the claim of appellee Real Time Solutions, Inc. in appellants' underlying core Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding.

Original subject matter jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b); and the court has jurisdiction to hear this appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 158. The court reviews the Bankruptcy Judge' conclusions of law de novo. In re Kennerley, 995 F.2d 145, 146 (9th Cir. 1993).

The court has considered the tile and heard the arguments of counsel. For the reasons set forth in the Bankruptcy Judge's written memorandum opinion filed September 4, 2001 (In re Gounder, 266 B.R. 879 (Bankr. E.D. Cal. 2001)), appellee's claim was properly treated as an unsecured claim against the estate.

The order of the Bankruptcy Court overruling the objection to the claim of Real Time Solutions, Inc. is therefore AFFIRMED.
