MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends two trial court judges erred in holding him in contempt. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Relator has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 52.3, 52.7 and 52.8(a). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. We also DENY relator's Motion for Release Pending Determination of Petition For Writ of Mandamus as moot.
