THE FLORIDA BAR RE: RAUL ENRIQUE GARCIA JR.


Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2022-70, 197 (11M) MRE

The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Raul Enrique Garcia Jr. is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Raul Enrique Garcia Jr. is further placed on probation for one year effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Raul Enrique Garcia Jr. in the amount of $3,435.52, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
