Inquiry Concerning A Judge No. 14–179. Re: Jackie Lee Fulford.

Opinion

On August 26, 2015, the Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended that the Court order the involuntary retirement of Second Judicial Circuit Judge Jackie Lee Fulford due to a physical disability that seriously interferes with the performance of her judicial duties. Judge Fulford and her counsel do not contest the Commission's recommendation. Therefore, we approve the Stipulation, adopt the Commission's recommendation and declare Judge Fulford to be involuntarily retired from judicial service immediately upon the issuance of this order.

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
