Opinion

CASE NO. 96-02478-8-JRL, ADVERSARY PROCEEDING NO. L-97-00030-8-AP.

July 24, 1997

ORDER

On July 9, 1997, this court entered an order finding the plaintiffs entitled to relief under all of their claims against the defendants. The last sentence of that order reads:

The plaintiffs are allowed ten days to elect to treble the damages awarded or to receive actual damages plus punitive damages in the additional amount of $750,000.

Due to the court's error, the parties did not receive a copy of the July 9, 1997 order until it was served by facsimile on July 23, 1997. Accordingly, the last sentence of the July 9, 1997 order is amended to allow the plaintiffs ten days from July 23, 1997 to make the election referenced above.

So Ordered.
