ORDER

On September 23, 2002, we consolidated fourteen related class actions brought against Flextronics International, Ltd. as well as certain of its officers and directors. See Mezansky v. Flextronics Int'l, Ltd. (S.D.N.Y. Sept. 24, 2002) 2002 WL 31115193. Thereafter, we also consolidated a fifteenth class action with these cases. See In re Flextronics Int'l, Ltd. Sec. Litig. (S.D.N.Y. Sept. 23, 2002) 2002 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18265.

Shortly before these consolidation orders were issued, Defendants Flextronics International, Ltd., Michael Marks, Michael McNamara, and Robert Dykes (collectively the "Defendants") filed a motion to transfer venue in Chess v. Flextronics Int'l, Ltd., No. 02 Civ. 5336. The Defendants have since asked this Court to apply that motion to transfer venue to all fifteen of the foregoing consolidated class actions rather than to the Chess case alone. The putative class members seeking Lead Plaintiff status in these consolidated actions have indicated, without consenting to anything else, that they do not oppose the application of the moving papers for that motion to all of the consolidated actions.

Accordingly, we hereby GRANT the Defendants' request and hold that the brief and accompanying documents related to the motion to transfer venue initially filed solely in Chess v. Flextronics Int'l, Ltd., No. 02 Civ. 5336, apply to all actions consolidated as part of In re Flextronics Int'l, Ltd. Sec. Litig., No. 02 Civ. 4497. As such, the Clerk of the Court shall remove those documents filed as Docket Numbers 4, 5, and 6 in Chess v. Flextronics Int'l, Ltd., No. 02 Civ. 5336, from the file in that case and ensure that they are instead filed and docketed in the Master File for this consolidated action, In re Flextronics Int'l, Ltd. Sec. Litig., No. 02 Civ. 4497.

SO ORDERED.
