This case is before the court on appellants' unopposed motion to extend the time to file reply brief and motion to abate. Appellants' motion asserts both parties are engaged in ongoing settlement discussions and further indicates the parties are working to schedule a mediation in mid-June.
The motion for extension of time is CARRIED and the motion to abate the appeal pending settlement is GRANTED. This appeal is ordered ABATED until June 30, 2021.
The Court directs appellants to file, on or before June 30, 2021, either (1) a motion to reinstate the appeal, accompanied by appellant's reply brief in this matter, or (2) a motion to dismiss the appeal pursuant to settlement.
