ORDER

LESLIE OSBORNE JUSTICE.

Before the Court is Father's motion for extension of time to file and accept his tendered brief. The motion and brief were filed on the same date that we ordered the brief, which was overdue, be filed no later than May 13, 2022. Accordingly because the brief was filed within the ordered deadline, it is timely and we DENY the motion as moot.

Paternal Grandmother's brief remains due May 13, 2022.
