Opinion

No. 05-10-00184-CV

Opinion issued March 1, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-09-01503-A.

Before Justices BRIDGES, RICHTER, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in refusing to hear evidence on a motion for default judgment and in requiring relator to file an amended petition. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
