Michael Brandon Cohen, of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of May 15, 2023; and a rule having been issued requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and the time to file a response having expired;
It is ordered that Michael Brandon Cohen is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
