The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed although appellant's docketing statement reflects she has requested the record and made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee. By postcard dated July 7, 2021, we directed Yolanda Atkins, Official Court Reporter for the 255th Judicial District Court, to file, within thirty days, the record or written verification no record exists. To date, she has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Atkins to file the record or requested verification no later than August 25, 2021.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Atkins and the parties.
