ORDER
The motion to extend time to initiate proceedings on remand is GRANTED. Respondent shall initiate the proceedings on remand within 14 days of the date of this order, the trial court shall hear and decide the matter within 42 days of the date of this order, and respondent shall order a transcript of any hearing on remand to be filed within 21 days after completion of the proceedings. Lisa Kirsch Satawa remains counsel of record unless the trial court excuses her from further representation of her client.
This Court retains jurisdiction.
