On November 15, 2023, relator, Cypresswood Retail Partners LLC, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. On November 16, 2023, the Court requested a response to the petition for a writ of mandamus from real party in interest, Wendy A. Buchannon, due on or before November 30, 2023. On November 30, 2023, Buchannon filed a motion for extension of time to file her response to the mandamus petition. In her motion, real party in interest requests that the deadline be extended to December 11, 2023.
The motion includes a certificate of conference which states that relator is opposed to the relief requested in the motion for extension. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3.
The motion of real party in interest is granted. The deadline for Buchannon to file her response to relator's petition for writ of mandamus is extended to December 11, 2023.
It is so ORDERED.
