This Court's Order entered on February 17, 2004 in the above-referenced bankruptcy case and in the above-referenced adversary proceeding that denied the motions of Coastal Care Resources, L.L.C. and The GMS Group, LLC to impose sanctions against Steven L. Dye is VACATED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
