No later than 14 days after the date of this order, petitioner must serve and lodge under seal Exhibits 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 separately from Exhibits 1-7, 12-14, and 16, which must be served and filed publicly. Upon receiving Exhibits 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 separately lodged, the Clerk is directed to file under seal Exhibits 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 and not file the volume of exhibits conditionally lodged under seal on December 28, 2018.
