The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Therefore, the court denies relator's petition for writ of mandamus and vacates the court's May 5, 2017 order granting in part relator's motion for emergency relief. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a), 52.10(b).
