ORDER

Before the Court is relator's September 26, 2022 motion to abate. In his motion, relator requests an order abating this original proceeding until October 20, 2022, so that he may obtain the transcript of the contempt hearing and decide whether he has grounds to amend or supplement his habeas petition based on the trial court's rulings at the contempt hearing. Relator also asks us to extend the time for real party in interest's response to the petition to November 4, 2022.
We GRANT the motion to the extent that we DIRECT relator to file the transcript of the contempt hearing or a motion for extension by October 20, 2022. Relator's amended or supplemental petition for writ of habeas corpus, if any, shall be filed WITHIN SEVEN DAYS after the filing of the transcript. Real party's response, if any, to the petition shall be filed WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS after relator's deadline to file the amended or supplemental petition.
We DENY relator's request to abate this original proceeding.
