In the Matter of Appointments to the State Board of Law Examiners
ORDER
Loretta H. Rush Chief Justice of Indiana
The State Board of Law Examiners, among other duties, is responsible for administering the bar examination to bar applicants, the certification of legal interns, and the formation and renewal of professional corporations, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships for the legal profession. The Supreme Court appoints the members of the State Board of Law Examiners. See, Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 9.
The Court hereby appoints Brian A. Karle to the State Board of Law Examiners for a term commencing on December 1, 2021 and ending on November 30, 2026, or when a successor is appointed. The Court further reappoints David R. Bolk and Jane Ann Himsel to the State Board of Law Examiners for terms commencing on December 1, 2021 and ending on November 30, 2026, or when a successor is appointed.
