CORRECTION ORDER
¶ 1 On page 7 of the Appendix to this Court's Order Adopting Amendments to the Following Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, handed down January 31, 2008, 2008 OK CR 5, the correct citation for Blades v. State, within Rule 2.1(E)(1), should be 2005 OK CR 1, 107 P.3d 607.
¶ 2 On page 29 of the Appendix to this Court's Order Adopting Amendments to the Following Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Question No. 16 of Form 13.10 should read as follows, "Do you understand the range of punishment for the crime(s) is/are: (List in the same order as No. 15 above.)"
¶ 3 On page 31 of the Appendix to this Court's Order Adopting Amendments to the Following Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Question No. 25 of Form 13.10 should read as follows, "Do you understand that if there is no plea agreement the Court can sentence you within the range of punishment stated in question 16?"
¶ 4 On page 33 of the Appendix to this Court's Order Adopting Amendments to the Following Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Question Nos. 34 through 37 of Form 13.10 should be renumbered Question Nos. 33 through 36. Finally, Question No. 34 should read as follows, "The sentence recommendation in question 23 is correctly stated. I believe the recommendation is fair to the State of Oklahoma."
¶ 5 On page 35 of the Appendix to this Court's Order Adopting Amendments to the Following Rules of the Court of Criminal Appeals, Question No. 1 under Time To Serve of Form 13.10 should read as follows, "You are sentenced to confinement under the supervision of the Department of Corrections for a term of years as follows: (list in same order as in question No. 15 in Part A)."
¶ 6 IT IS SO ORDERED.
