ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REVIEW

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Comes now the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, by counsel, and requests an extension of time, to and including February 27, 2006, to file a Petition for Review.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the request for extension of time should be granted, provided, however, that further extensions of time for the Commission during this briefing schedule will not likely be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Commission is granted an extension of time, to and including February 27, 2006, to file a Petition for Review.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
