It appearing necessary to the administration of justice in the Supreme Court that the Honorable Ruth V. McGregor, formerly a Justice of this Court and now retired, be authorized to participate in certain pending matters in this Court.

Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Ruth V. McGregor, a retired Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, is authorized, as of July 1, 2009, and without further order, to participate in the resolution of those cases in which she previously participated as a member of the Court.
