Opinion

No. 93-02848.

April 27, 1994.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Polk County; Charles A. Davis, Jr., Judge.

Vince E. Turner, of James T. Joiner, P.A., Winter Haven, for appellant.

M. Elizabeth Wall, Lakeland, for appellee.

The mother of J.M.W. has challenged the trial court's order terminating her parental rights. We affirm the final judgment in this matter because a review of the record indicates the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services met its burden of establishing the need for termination of parental rights by clear and convincing evidence. See In re J.R.R., 580 So.2d 304 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991).

Affirmed.

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
