On October 3, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that petitioner Arethia B. Hyatt has provided him with some additional documents for review. The Commissioner further states that he is waiting to hear back from Ms. Hyatt regarding a potential conference to discuss the documentation provided. We will give the parties additional time to continue working together. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
