On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the October 16, 1998, decision of the Court of Appeals and the supplemental briefs submitted pursuant to the Court's July 5, 2000 order, are considered. The application is GRANTED, limited to the issue whether the Court of Appeals correctly interpreted MCL 324.30305; MSA 13A.30305. In addition to any other relevant statutory provisions, the parties shall specifically address the applicability of MCL 324.30305(2)(j) and (3); MSA 13A.30305(2)(j) and (3).
