Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. T’Oddre Hudson appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. After a thorough review of the record on appeal and the briefing and argument of counsel, we affirm the judgment. And, because there is no precedential value in a published opinion, we have instead provided the parties a memorandum of law explaining our ruling. Rule 84.16(b).
