Opinion
June 16, 1950.
Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County, George W. Tedder, J.
Rogers, Morris Griffis, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant
Mather Sauls and J.I. Watson, Jr., Hollywood, for appellee.
The real contention of this appellant resolves into a simple request for a further evaluation of the evidence which we are not warranted in doing. There is sufficient creditable evidence to support the decree. It was approved by the master and the chancellor, hence it is affirmed at the cost of appellant. On motion of appellee an attorney's fee of $150.00 is granted for defending the appeal in this Court.
Affirmed.
