We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated March 10, 2022, we granted the motion of appellee's counsel to withdraw following appellee's death and ordered the probate court where a proceeding concerning appellee's estate is pending to provide written notification of the contact information for the person authorized to proceed on behalf of the estate. The probate court has now provided written verification that attorney Mr. J. Brian Thomas has been appointed temporary administrator of appellee's estate.
