POOR, § 25sufficiency of evidence to show nonpayment of benefits to blind persons. Under evidence, consisting of written stipulation of facts, held that plaintiff blind persons had not received payment from county of benefits for months for which such persons claimed benefits were owing to them (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 23, pars. 285, 286; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 18.077, 18.078).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Shelby county; the Hon. FRANKLIN R. DOVE, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the February term, 1943.
