Order denying the defendant's motion to dismiss the first cause of action for insufficiency, to strike out various allegations contained in both causes of action in the amended complaint, and to sever the action, affirmed, with $25 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
