DANIEL HILL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Kansas City, Missouri trial session, scheduled to begin October 21, 2024.

On August 28, 2024, petitioner Daniel Hill filed a motion to proceed remotely. His motion, however, does not indicate the reasons (in paragraph 2) for requesting a remote trial. Furthermore Mr. Hill's motion indicated that he has not discussed this motion with counsel for the Commissioner and it is unknown whether or not there is an objection to this motion. The Court will deny Mr. Hill's motion without prejudice. Mr. Hill may refile the motion providing all the information requested on the form. Upon due consideration, and because sufficient grounds have not been established at this time, it is ORDERED that Mr. Hill's motion to proceed remotely is denied without prejudice.
